Audiolog is an advanced, multi-function recording platform designed for use as a stand-alone recorder/playback unit, or as a specialized server within your networked environment. Audiolog’s common platform is a unique AudAudiolog Logoiolog Difference, capable of simultaneously supporting full-time, record-on-demand, event-driven, and scheduled recording. For many applications, Audiolog servers can also support Audiolog Interaction Review software for browser-based playback. Audiolog is a complete, open architecture system for recording, archiving, and playing back multi-media conversations. Audiolog records customer interactions on PBX, ACD, and CTI systems, using advanced technology developed by Verint’s in-house engineering to ensure compatibility and ease-of-use.
