Field Services Technician

  • Responsible for system installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and end-user training.
  • Information technology education/experience and telecommunications experience preferred.
  • Our ideal candidate has at least one year of advanced helpdesk experience with maintaining Windows servers, networking and applications. Applicants should be well versed in TDM and VoIP telephony concepts, with experience deploying and maintaining enterprise level software solutions.

 

Sales/Account Representative

  • Responsible for developing technical solutions and customer service-oriented relationships in multiple business market segments.
  • Information technology sales education/experience and telecommunications experience preferred
  • Our ideal direct sales candidate has at least 5 years of technology sales experience, preferably within the contact center industry. Our ideal indirect sales candidate has at least 5 years’ experience in building and managing successful distribution networks for technology companies.

 

Technical Trainer

  • Responsible for administrator and end-use training for call recording and security divisions, and internal training for technical staff. Also assists in project management.
  • Information technology education/experience required. Telecommunications and project management experience desirable.
  • Our ideal candidate has at least three years of training experience in the information technology sector, and is comfortable with both in-person and web-delivered training methods.
